Further extending the award-winning second version of Kayako's eSupport, version 3 includes some very important updates. As well as a complete re-write from the ground up, SupportCenter also now includes an AJAX interface, allowing parts of the page to be updated without having to refresh the page. The biggest example of this is in the Ticking system - launch a ticket and as you write your message, the server will analyze what you write and try and provide you with a list of articles below that it thinks are related to your query. This will help you to quickly find answers to common problems and speed up access to support. Together with eSupport, SupportCenter comes with LiveResponse - our new Live Chat system, allowing you to talk to us directly. After two weeks of redesigning and working with the code, we are pleased to announce that SupportSuite has been completely re-themed, now matching the layout of our normal website and it's look as a whole. We have also rectified a number of bugs in SupportSuite that have not yet been fixed in the standard release. This includes the counting algorithm for our Knowledgebase articles. The values next to each section now represent a true picture of the number of articles available with that section We have also rectified some bugs within the mail-parsing modules which will now allow us to work towards the third stage - the integration of our e-mail systems into the ticketing system.
