All services were restored at around 04:00 and we have conducted tests and checks over the last 45 minutes to make sure all is working correctly. Total downtime was just under 2 hours. Anyone who has their domains set to use our name-servers will automatically change over to the new IP addresses for the server (84.45.52.7) and the sites (84.45.52.8), and therefore should solely be using the new server for all traffic/e-mails. If you are not using our name-servers, please change your DNS details as soon as possible (contact us if you need assistance). As a precaution, for those still trying to access the server via the old settings, we have installed forwarding agents for all services (except ssh) onto the new server. Any requests still going to the old server will be forwarded onto the new one instead. We are also running a traffic monitoring program so we can watch for any traffic still coming in via this method, and alert the relevant customer(s). Finally, if you have any further questions and/or notice any problems with the transfer, please contact us.
