We hope that everyone has a pleasant break, and come back ready & refreshed for the challenges that new year presents. ** A Successful Year As many of you who deal with us on a regular basis will know, it's been a successful, if not busy, year for JAB Web Solutions. This time last year we were just getting to grips with the take-over of Matrix Internet, integrating our two sets of customers and systems, as well as updating all their various systems to bring them up to our standards, which has been very successful in improving their reliability. With the addition of the IFL2 data-center location to our portfolio, we've also added new & upgraded old servers, while adding new hardware to monitor and support our systems, and changed IP providers later on in the year due to issues with the old. However, August was also a big month for us with the release of our new website, with updates to many of our systems, including big changes in our Support Suite, all of which has been received well by customers and visitors alike. ** Christmas Support During the Christmas period, from 23rd December 2006 to 3rd January 2007, JAB Web Solutions will only be running a skeleton support service. Please note that the level of support will remain unchanged ? you will still be able to contact us via all the usual means, including phone, e-mail and tickets. We will do our best to respond to all queries, however we may not be able to deal with them as quickly as usual. If you do have an urgent query we recommend that you either send an e-mail to urgent@ rather than support@jabwebsolutions.co.uk, or Submit a Ticket via our Support Center, marking it as Urgent. This will send an SMS message to the relevant Team, who will try to deal with your query as soon as possible.
